CUSTOM DTF FAQs
Color Formats
Its Recommended to upload your files in CMYK format to receive best results.
Files Accepted
PNG is the Preferred file but we can also expect AI, PDF as long as they are Transparent backgrounds.
Resolution
We recommend that all files be 300DPI or higher before being uploaded. Please note if your creating a Gang sheet the single images going into that Gang Sheet also need to be 300DPI.
Quality of Design
Please ensure you're uploading a high quality image. Your print will be only as good as the design summited. It's not recommended to use real fine print as our white under-base will not transfer to tiny details 9PT or below
It is not recommended to upload designs with a lot of transparent or translucent gradients.
Color Match
Colors on your screen may not match the transfer received exactly. This is due to the way monitors show colors in RGB format while our commercial printers print in CMYK. Its recommended to send your artwork in CMYK format for the best results. We do not provide color match but make every effort to get our colors as close to the image provided.

Size Limits
Our commercial printers can print up to 22" wide and any length.
Multiple Qty
You don't need to upload your image multiple times if ordering the same design. Just input your size "width and length" and the qty you want of that size. Our software can resize your image as required.

We offer Gang Sheets in Several Sizes.

If a larger size is needed upload multiple gang sheets. Keeping file sizes smaller ensure proper transfer and no data lost when processing.

Whats your TAT on Custom DTF
We update our announcement banner at the top of our website to reflect our current TAT on orders. This does not include any transit time.
Can I Get my Order Faster?
Yes please add the Rush Order at checkout in the shipping options. Purchasing this moves your order up the line to be printed and most orders if ordered before Noon Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day. We will select the fastest shipping option normally a priority or 2nd day expedited. This will vary depending on location and cost. we reserve the right to selection the best option.
Do you offer Overnight?
Yes we offer this at checkout in the shipping options for a flat rate. This option will move your print order to the front of the line and we will ship overnight.
