1. Sponsor

The Heat Press & Hat Press Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Southern Hydrographics LLC d/b/a U Press Transfers, 18123 Main St, Woodbury, GA 30293 ("Sponsor"). Questions: sales@upresstransfers.com or 470-683-2357.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi). Employees, officers and contractors of Sponsor, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children and their spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible. Entries are personal: an entry earned on an order placed for a business is credited to the individual who controls the email address on the order, and that individual must meet these eligibility requirements. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins November 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeper. The free entry form described in Section 4(b) is available on the Promotion page from the date it is posted, which will be no later than November 12, 2026, through the end of the Promotion Period.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. Every entry, however earned, has the same chance of being selected.

(a) Purchase entries. Each full $100.00 of Eligible Spend during the Promotion Period earns one (1) entry, automatically. Eligible Spend is cumulative across all of a person's orders and is credited to the email address on each order. Eligible Spend means the merchandise subtotal of paid orders placed at upresstransfers.com (including invoices issued through Sponsor's online store) during the Promotion Period, after discounts, and excluding shipping, taxes, gift card purchases and Shipping Protection. Canceled orders are excluded, and any amount refunded, returned or charged back is deducted. Purchase entries are calculated from Sponsor's order records after the Promotion Period ends; orders that are unpaid at that time do not earn entries. Purchases made on other platforms (including TikTok Shop and other marketplaces) do not earn entries.

(b) Free entries — no purchase necessary. Complete the free entry form on the Promotion page at upresstransfers.com/pages/giveaway with your first and last name, email address, state and ZIP code, and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Official Rules. A phone number is optional. Each completed form earns one (1) entry. Limit one (1) free entry per person per day (a day runs from 12:00:00 a.m. to 11:59:59 p.m. ET). Additional free entries submitted by the same person on the same day are not counted. Entering does not subscribe you to marketing emails or texts.

(c) Entry limit and equal opportunity. Each person may receive a maximum of fifty (50) total entries in the Promotion, combining purchase entries and free entries. Because the free entry form allows one entry per day and is available for at least 50 days, any eligible person can obtain the same maximum number of entries without making a purchase. Entries above the limit are not counted.

(d) One identity per person. Each person may use only one email address. If Sponsor determines that one person has entered under more than one email address, Sponsor will combine those entries under one entrant and apply the entry limit. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means, entries submitted through third-party entry services, and attempts to exceed the entry limit are void, and Sponsor may disqualify all entries from that person. Incomplete, illegible, late or fraudulent entries are void. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: one (1) U Press Transfers Heat Press and one (1) U Press Transfers Hat Heat Press. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $2,199.00 (Heat Press $1,299.00; Hat Heat Press $900.00). The prize will be shipped at no cost to the winner's address in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, or may be picked up at Sponsor's location by arrangement. The prize is awarded "as is," with any manufacturer warranty that applies. No cash alternative, transfer or substitution by the winner. If the prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize; Sponsor will request a completed IRS Form W-9 and issue an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV as required by law.

6. Drawing and Odds

On January 1, 2027, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Before the drawing, Sponsor will finalize the list of eligible entries and record a digital fingerprint (SHA-256 hash) of that list. The selection will use a publicly verifiable random value from the drand public randomness beacon (drand.love) issued at a time Sponsor announces in advance, applied to the finalized entry list by a documented method, so that the result can be independently checked. Sponsor will also select alternate potential winners in the same way, in order. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be notified by email (and by phone if a number was provided) within two (2) days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt and must sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release, together with an IRS Form W-9, within seven (7) days of receiving them. Sponsor will verify eligibility, identity and the entries credited to the potential winner, including that qualifying orders were not canceled, refunded or charged back. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond or return the documents on time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor will contact the next alternate in order. Sponsor will publicly announce the confirmed winner (first name, last initial and state) after verification is complete.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner's first name, last initial, city, state and photo for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Privacy

Information collected is used to administer this Promotion, including contacting the potential winner. Entering does not add you to Sponsor's marketing email or text lists. Sponsor will not sell entrants' information. Free entry form submissions are stored using Google Forms. See also Sponsor's Privacy Policy at upresstransfers.com/policies/privacy-policy.

10. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or undeliverable entries or notifications; technical, network, website or computer failures; or errors in the Promotion materials. If fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, Sponsor may, subject to applicable law, modify or suspend the Promotion and select the winner from eligible entries received before the impairment. Any change to these Official Rules will be posted on this page.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its owners, employees and agents from any claim, injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Nothing in these rules limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

13. Winner Information

For the confirmed winner's first name, last initial and state, email sales@upresstransfers.com with the subject "Giveaway Winner" or mail a request to the Sponsor address above by February 28, 2027.

14. Platforms

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Shopify, TikTok, Meta (Facebook or Instagram), Google or any other platform. Entrants release those platforms from any liability relating to the Promotion.
