Pre Made Full Color Leatherette Hat Patch with a heat activated adhesive backing.

Pressing Instructions:

Single Plate Hat Press: 

Pre press hat for 8 seconds at 300F

Remove white backing from patch

Place patch on hat

Press for 45 seconds at 300F

Dual Plate Press:

Temp for top plate is 280F

Temp for bottom plate is 320F

Pre press hat for 8 seconds

Remove white backing from patch

Place patch and press for 40 seconds

We recommend pressing the hat and patch for an additional 5 seconds with a cotton t-shirt over the patch to remove any glue lines from pressing the patch.
